At Shri Ganesha Gifts, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our products are carefully manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (herbal colours), we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share:

• Order ID

• Clear images/videos of the product

• Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
