Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship across all major locations in India through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged During Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
