4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partners. Delays due to external factors (weather, strikes, logistics issues) are beyond our control.

6. No Return / No Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Only damaged or incorrect products will be eligible for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
